It’s a 4-week program where each week brings new experiences and helps you discover your body’s potential in new ways. Every week, a new workout format awaits you: Animal Flow, Barre, HIIT, and strength training. And every weekend, a new culinary journey: Greece, Asia, Italy, and Mexico. JFIT SUMMER INTENSIVE is an opportunity to diversify your workouts, try new flavors, and spend the summer doing something beneficial for yourself and your body! You’ll be moving, enjoying the process, and gradually seeing changes in the mirror.

Duration: 28 days (with access so you can complete everything at your own pace).

JFIT SUMMER INTENSIVE is your most exciting 4 weeks of the summer, which will give you not only new habits but also a new look!
Yes, you can work out at home or at the gym. The only equipment you need is a mat!
Everything else is optional. Even 1.5-liter bottles will suffice.
*If you want to increase the resistance, we recommend purchasing standard resistance bands
Starts June 29! Each JFIT session lasts 28 days.
You'll have access to the materials for the entire 4-week marathon and an additional week after it ends to reinforce what you've learned.

We recommend eating three times a day as part of a balanced diet. This meal schedule will provide you with the energy you need for your workouts and help you achieve your goals by keeping your appetite in check and maintaining a high metabolic rate. However, we also offer options that can be customized to fit your individual schedule and lifestyle.
The program includes 5 effective workouts per week that will help you gradually achieve your goals while maintaining a balance between intensity and rest.
This program is not intended for pregnant women, as the workouts may be high-intensity. We recommend consulting your doctor before starting any physical activity during pregnancy.
Contraindications include serious diseases of the cardiovascular system and the musculoskeletal system, chronic conditions in the acute phase, pregnancy, and the postoperative period. Be sure to consult your doctor before starting the marathon to ensure that the program is right for you.
Once payment is complete, you’ll gain access to your personal account—we recommend pinning it to your home screen right away so everything is at your fingertips. On the day the marathon begins, all materials will be available.
